Workshop

Mr Gilbert, a classic vehicle auto-electrician, has been running Peter Gilbert Services since 1972.

He has recently moved house and required a garage and workshop to suit his business purposes.  After a site visit, John Shields provided a quotation and drawings for a large timber built workshop and garage with 3m wide doors.

The quotation was accepted and the timber building completed on time.  Mr Gilbert is now able to carry out his work in a well lit, well insulated and comfortable environment.  At the time of writing he is converting a Morris 8 from a 6 volt to 12 volt electrical system, as well as rewiring a Bantam motorcycle.  He is also able to handle agricultural vehicles in addition to cars and motorbikes.

Mr Gilbert said “ I am ecstatic, it is exactly what I wanted. The building was delivered on time.  Problems were solved without fuss.  The strength of the roof is very impressive.  I am over the moon! ”
