Our aim is to be the foremost supplier of timber buildings in the South West of England.  Product quality and service underpin everything we do.

Quality

Attention to detail which may not always be obvious, is central to the quality of our products.  For example the depth of rebate used on the overlap of the shiplap boards is deeper than standard to prevent any gaps appearing as the boards dry out with time.

All exposed softwood is pressure-treated to ensure that the preservatives penetrate deep into the timber to give it a longer life.  All corner battens and joint seams are sealed with silicone sealer to keep out moisture.  Damp proof wall membranes are used in many situations.

All ironmongery is treated against rust, hot dip galvanising being used in most situations.  All our products are made in our workshops in mid Devon, all to the same high standard.
 

Service

From your first enquiry we aim to give you practical advice that will be of use to you.  This is based on over 20 years experience of supplying buildings in the South West.

We can discuss your needs and make suggestions.

We will discuss the planning implications with you and the base requirements.
We will make a planning application on your behalf, if asked to do so.
If required, we will submit an application for Building Regulations approval.  We will also construct the building to the appropriate standard.

We will send out a brochure with up to date price list, if you request one.  We will also provide a written quotation and scale drawings of your building when requested.  Our staff are provided uniform and are polite and helpful at all times.

Turnkey projects

We specialise in taking on turnkey projects. We offer a complete service to include planning permission applications, site clearance, base work, design and construction of your building, through to completion.
