At John Shields Woodwork, Devon, we offer a wide variety of timber buildings suitable for commercial purposes. Many small businesses, such as garages and hotels have ordered storage and maintenance buildings, as well as sectional timber offices. We often supply schools with storage buildings, bicycle sheds etc.
We are proud to have supplied The National Trust, RNLI, Devon and Cornwall Police, British Museum and South West Highways with their timber building requirements.
The majority of these buildings require Building Regulations approval. We are happy to make the application on your behalf. Where necessary we will employ an architect to both design and produce structural calculations for the timber building to ensure that it is fit for purpose and will meet the regulations. In addition we can make a planning application if you should require us to do so. Our wide experience in supplying such commercial buildings means that we may well be able to advise you of the most suitable building for your purposes.
The use of pressure treated timber and galvanised fittings makes our buildings ideal for the rugged use required in commercial and public use.
We are able to supervise ground works, electrical and plumbing installations to provide you with a true turn-key project.
