We offer a bespoke service of design and build flat pack garages.

 

 

We deliver throughout England and Wales. Our prices below include delivery up to 200 miles from our base in Devon. Please ask for delivery charges for longer distances.

 

We can supply a variety of different door and roof  types. Please look at our options page on the website.

 

We will quote you for your exact building, manufacture and deliver it. A full set of instructions and photographs are supplied to aid construction. All you need is 3 fit people to help unload and build the garage. Basic construction skills are needed, but we make sure that everything is explained.

 

We ask for a 30% deposit and final payment on the day of delivery.

 

Flat Pack Garages

Maximum width of garage 6m with length as required.

Walls.  Standard eaves height 2.18m.Max eaves height 2.4m.  Scandinavian redwood shiplap timber over Tyvek waterproof membrane, on 75 x 38mm framework.  Wall panels bolted to base, on a damp proof membrane.

Doors.  Ledge and brace, tongue and groove redwood timber, ex 150mm x 25mm. Standard size (w x h) 2.4m x 2m. Galvanised hook and band hinges, padbolt and spring loaded retention bolts.  Door posts 100mm x 75mm

Roof.  'A' frame trusses and stress graded purlins of 150mm x 47mm timber.  Plastic coated, steel box or corrugated profile sheeting in a choice of colours, underlined with roofing membrane.  GRP roof lights size 1m x 1m, where required, underlined with 4mm Perspex to prevent condensation.  Aluminium vents fitted in each gable end.
Smaller garages 4m wide or less have pre-formed triangular roof sections - ideal for self assembly.

Rainwater goods.  Black pvc half round gutter, down pipes and fittings are standard.

Windows.  Redwood timber windows. Screwed construction. Size 710mm x 600mm.  Standard windows are fixed. Opening windows are extra.
Concrete base. A solid concrete base, minimum thickness 130mm is recommended. One row of engineering bricks may be added if required. Ask us for a base plan.

All timber is pressure treated.
